Under the leadership of our colleagues Robert Maier, Michal Minárik and Daniel Krištofík, we have completed the technological modernization of the XMtrade®/ISOT platform, which enables the operation of the intraday continuous electricity market in Slovakia.
The implementation of the intraday market in Slovakia is ensured within the framework of the pan-European single intraday market (Single Intraday Coupling - SIDC), the organizer of the short-term electricity market in the Slovak Republic, OKTE, a.s. By connecting the intraday markets of individual countries to the pan-European market, liquidity is maximized, which is the basis for dynamically developing trading products. Thanks to this form of trading, market participants can more effectively adjust their trading position, whether needs or due to the use of newly emerging products in the energy market.
The XMtrade®/ISOT system upgrade allows market participants to benefit from a new user-friendly environment and new ways to integrate their internal trading systems into the trade platform.
