We are moving towards meeting the requirements of the NIS2 Directive

Since we perceive continuous cyber risk management as a key criterion for maintaining the trust of our partners, clients and other stakeholders, we have long ensured that our company carries out its activities in full compliance with applicable legislative requirements, including cybersecurity.
An essential step towards strengthening cyber resilience and security throughout the European Union is the adoption of the amended Cybersecurity Act, which transposes the requirements of the NIS2 Directive into Slovak legislation. It represents a modernized European legal framework for ensuring a high standard of information system protection and response to cyber incidents. The Act introduces specific measures for entities operating essential and critical services to increase their resilience to cyber-attacks and reduce the potential impacts of cyber threats on society and the economy.
For this reason, our company is currently implementing specific steps to align our internal processes with the rules of the NIS2 directive, thereby contributing not only to the protection of our company and partner entities but also to strengthening the economic stability and overall cybersecurity of Slovakia.
We realize that resilience to cyber threats is today a necessary condition for the stable functioning of not only companies but also the entire society. Therefore, in our company, we care about compliance with legislative regulations and building a culture of security.
